Complete and mail by U.S. or Canadian mail (no overnight delivery or other methods will be accepted) an original 3x5 postcard to “Alfred Angelo, Inc., Marketing Department, 1301 Virginia Drive, Suite 110, Fort Washington, PA 19034.” All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than 11:59 pm, Friday December 28, 2012 and must be received by Sponsor no later than Wednesday, January 2, 2013. The postcard also must contain the following information: Name of Sweepstakes, your name, your residence address, your current phone numbers (home, work and mobile) and email address, your date of birth, the date of mailing and your original signature.
